  • Yes, every one of them. All eleven residence types include a full kitchen, so you can self-cater for an entire stay if you want to. In-residence dining is there for the nights you would rather not.

  • Eleven residence types, from a 75 sqm one bedroom apartment to the 600 sqm four bedroom Presidential Villa. Two bedroom residences run from 140 to 330 sqm, three bedroom residences from 225 to 395 sqm.

  • Yes, and they are built for it. A full kitchen and separate living space make a month here work in a way a hotel room does not. Long stay rates are on our offers page

  • Yes. The three bedroom duplexes give a group 395 sqm across two floors, and the Presidential Villa has four bedrooms across 600 sqm. Both have enough shared living and outdoor space that nobody ends up on top of anyone else.

  • In Ayla, the waterfront community built around a man-made lagoon on the northern edge of Aqaba, Jordan's only city on the Red Sea. The address is Ayla, Rihan Street, Aqaba 77110.

  • King Hussein International Airport is 10 km away, and 12 minute car drive from Cloud 7 Residence Ayla Aqaba

  • Yes. Petra is 125 km away, roughly two hours by road, so a day trip is comfortable. Most guests find it works better as an overnight.


  • Apartments. Every residence at Cloud 7 Ayla Aqaba is a serviced apartment with a full kitchen, a separate living room and a private terrace or balcony. Housekeeping, in-residence dining and the front desk are all still there, which is what makes it a residence rather than a rental.

  • A residence spread across two floors with its own private rooftop. Living space downstairs, bedrooms upstairs, and a rooftop with a large seating area and a barbecue station on top.

  • 3.1 km, close enough for dinner in town without planning your evening around the drive.

  • Free parking on site, including electric vehicle charging stations.
